Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness nets new president plus creative and client execs

Another of Publicis Groupe’s health-focused agencies is shaking up its executive team this week.

Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness announced Wednesday the appointments of three new leaders: Brendan Gallagher as president, Divya Dileep as chief creative officer and Beth Bour as the agency’s first-ever chief client officer.

Gallagher is a longtime Publicis alum, having spent about two decades at its Digitas Health arm and, most recently, as chief connected health officer of Publicis Health since 2019. Dileep’s resume includes creative director roles at CDM, Grey Group, TBWA and Jacques, while Bour has spent time at FCB Health, Havas Life and Digitas Health and, since 2023, served as chief client officer for Publicis’ Pfizer contract.

“Brendan, Beth, and Divya represent a mix of talent perfectly positioned to deliver what’s next for healthcare marketing,” Matt McNally, global CEO of Publicis Health, said in the announcement.

“Brendan has been instrumental in shaping our connected health and innovation strategy, and alongside Beth’s acumen for leading client teams and Divya’s vision for the future of creativity, their leadership will be pivotal as we continue to evolve and expand SSW’s impact in the industry,” McNally added.

McNally himself is a relatively recent addition to the Publicis Health team. He took the reins of the agency at the start of this year, marking his return to Publicis after a few years away as CEO of Omnicom Health Group.

Another Omnicom exec has since followed suit and made the switch to Publicis, too, as ex-OHG Chief Marketing Officer Craig Romanok was announced just this week as the newly appointed chief commercial officer at Digitas Health.

Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness sits alongside Digitas and a handful of other health-focused agencies under the Publicis umbrella. Highlights of its work include campaigns for Walmart’s flu vaccination offerings and an eco-friendly pill bottle made of paper as well as an eosinophilic esophagitis awareness push for Takeda.
